Take a walk along one of the most historic maritime areas in the world.

As we walk along the Maritime Mile you will learn how the dramatic transformation of Belfast Harbour and the River Lagan enabled the construction of some of the finest ships in the world including Titanic.

You will get up close to some of the existing built heritage and infrastructure including the SS Nomadic, Titanic Hotel (Former Admin Building and Drawing Offices of Harland & Wolff), Titanic Slipways and Thomson Dry Dock and Pump house.

Along the way your guide will also tell you the stories of the ‘Yardmen’ the hardy men who built some of the finest ships ever constructed and how the ‘Titanic Quarter’ is transforming itself to meet the demands of a 21^st century workforce.
